We aim to deliver all orders across Malta within 24–48 hours. If delivery exceeds this timeframe due to reasons within our control, customers may request a refund. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or unexpected circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
